Evaluation of the Indigenous Education Strategic Initiatives Programme - Away-from-Base for Mixed Mode Delivery (IESIP-AFB)

The objectives of the evaluation were to:

  • assess the effectiveness of the current funding measures in meeting the needs of students enrolled in ‘Mixed-Mode’ courses with reference to the effectiveness of the IESIP–AFB Programme in improving educational outcomes for Indigenous students
  • examine the compliance of education providers with 2001–2004 IESIP–AFB accountability mechanisms and guidelines.
